How do I enroll in online banking?
Select Open account or Enroll on the homepage, or visit a branch with identification. After enrollment you can sign in from any page using the Sign in button.
What if I forgot my password?
Use Reset password assistance on the homepage sign-in panel or call client services at (800) 555-0198 during business hours.
Are my deposits insured?
Qualifying deposit accounts are insured by the FDIC up to the maximum allowed by law. Orivo Trust is a Member FDIC institution.
How do I report a lost or stolen card?
Sign in to online or mobile banking and lock the card immediately, or call client services. We can issue a replacement and review recent transactions with you.
What are your wire cut-off times?
Domestic and international wire cut-off times are displayed inside online banking when you initiate a transfer. Contact treasury support for business wire scheduling.
How do I open a business account?
Contact a business banker through the Contact page or visit a branch with business formation documents, tax identification, and authorized signer identification.
